Data Analyst Offline

Responsibilities:

- Retrieve data for sales and marketing teams on demand

- Convert data to different formats for analysis

- Perform data cleansing and deduplication

- Aggregate data from different sources

- Prepare monthly project reports for Revenue Team meetings

- Working with data upload on request from marketing teams

- Formulate and test hypotheses to improve business performance

- Optimize the existing processes and reports

- Create dashboards in Power BI

- Optimize the existing dashboards

 

Required qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in BI/Data Analytics

- Strong marketing background

- Good command of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

- Excellent command of analytics tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Analytics, and similar tools

- Knowledge of basic SaaS metrics and principles for calculating LTV

- Knowledge of user behavior analysis tools (User Journey, focus groups, surveys, research)

- Excellent SQL skills

- Knowledge and experience with Python or R for data science

- Excellent skills in working with large volumes of structured and unstructured data

- Deep understanding of the data modeling concept and business process visualization

- Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and the ways different acquisition channels work (with a special focus on PPC)

- Good knowledge of the key factors and concepts of conversion, abilities to measure key indicators and understand their purpose

 

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working in a SaaS (B2B) company will be a big plus
