Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of QA testers to ensure efficient and effective testing of mobile games throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile game projects.
- Oversee cross-platform manual testing on Android and iOS devices to identify defects and ensure product quality.
Implement and utilize test automation tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Mentor and coach junior QA team members, providing guidance on testing methodologies, best practices, and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including game developers, designers, and product managers to prioritize testing activities and resolve issues.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize QA processes to enhance productivity and maintain high-quality standards.
- Investigate and analyze user-reported issues, providing timely resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile game testing to drive innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 of experience in QA/testing roles within the mobile gaming industry.
- Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams, including mentorship and performance management.
- Strong understanding of mobile game development cycles and release processes.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques for mobile platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality products to end-users.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
