Responsibilities:
- Perform manual cross-platform testing of mobile games on Android and iOS devices.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Provide clear, structured, and detailed bug reports with reproduction steps.
- Create, review, and update test documentation (test cases/checklists) and execute test runs (e.g., TestRail).
- Test new and existing in-game features and assess game balance.
- Conduct functional, regression, exploratory, and smoke testing.
- Collect and analyze logs using Android Studio, Unity Logcat, or similar tools to extract essential information.
- Collaborate with developers, 2D/3D artists, and game designers to ensure high game quality.
- Provide structured feedback on game design and usability.
Requirements:
Hard Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in manual testing of mobile games or applications.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation using test management systems.
- Hands-on experience with bug-tracking systems.
- Familiarity with iOS and Android testing.
- Ability to analyze logs and use debugging tools to extract essential information.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to document issues clearly.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach and a fast learning ability.
- Passion for mobile games and the gaming industry.
Nice to Have:
