Insurance Breakdown Specialist

We are currently seeking a Insurance Breakdown Specialist to join our dynamic team and assist with daily operations for a US-based dental clinic. As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of clinic admission department. This includes obtaining policy information from insurance companies, accurately completing required documentation, and maintaining organized records. Our team consists of young and active people working from different cities and countries around the globe.

Tasks:

• Collaborate with other team members to search and match patient information with insurance companies registers
• Calling insurance companies to clarify patient status
• Filling up forms for requesting insurance coverage
• Monitor and prepare reports based on department work
• Contribute to the improvement of the insurance breakdown process
• Continuously learn about new tools and best practices in the working sphere

Requirements:

• Finished or unfinished Bachelor’s degree.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer software, including MS Excel, Word, and other data management tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a global team.
• English level B1+ (Intermediate).
• Available to part-time working schedule from 14:00 (or 16:00) to 20:00, Monday through Friday, with an optional 30-minute lunch break.
