Product Owner (Blockchain/Web3) (offline) $1500-3000

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge products in the Web3 space. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and a passion for creating user-centric solutions that redefine the digital landscape.

Remote . Full-time . $1500-3000

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar Product Owner role, preferably in a Web3 or blockchain-focused company.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and the Web3 ecosystem.
- Understanding of UX
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and proficiency in using management tools like JIRA, Trello, Notion, Asana or similar.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Passion for innovation, curiosity to learn new technologies, and a commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Product Vision: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers, end-users, and internal teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and translate business needs into actionable product specifications.
- Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, including feature prioritization, sprint planning, and backlog grooming, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and execution of the product roadmap.
- User Experience: Advocate for user experience excellence by conducting user research, gathering feedback.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Product Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product features, track user engagement, and iterate on improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Product Evangelism: Serve as a product evangelist by presenting product demos.
