UX/UI Designer Offline

Digis seeks a proficient German-speaking UX/UI Designer for a Berlin-based Fintech Startup.

About the project:

Founded in 2021, a venture capital-supported fintech startup with a diverse international team based in Berlin, Munich, and across Europe is driven to revolutionize home financing, offering an opportunity to contribute to this impactful endeavor.

Your Role:

- Drive product development by aligning with our vision and conducting experiments to understand better our customers (e.g., A/B Testing, User interviews).

- Shape the user experience by establishing our Design System and creating prototypes using tools like Figma.

- Provide direction for visual design, ensuring alignment with our Design System.

- Collaborate with the development team to streamline processes for swift product implementation.

Your Qualities:

- Proficiency in modern web application principles.

- Ability to deeply understand customer needs and validate assumptions.

- Experience transitioning from product vision to design to implementation.

- Proficiency in vector graphics editing tools like Figma.

- Alignment with company goals and culture, with the ability to work autonomously.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and levels.

- Advanced proficiency in German.

- Intermediate English proficiency — nice to have.
