Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Business System Analyst with extensive experience working as an Analyst in the cloud & IoT-based solutions in an industrial context. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cloud & IoT processes and terminology and excellent English communication skills. In addition to their expertise in the engineering field, the candidate should also be proficient in writing user stories and possess the ability to work independently and directly with the client.

Your qualification:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst

• Experience with tools Confluence, Azure Devops, and Figma.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in writing user stories and documenting business requirements.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks and priorities.

• Experience working directly with clients and liaising between clients and development teams.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle.

• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• You serve as the liaison between developers and customers, taking responsibility for thoroughly analyzing customer needs and translating them into business requirements and functional specifications.

• After collecting accurate information, you conduct functional analyses, presenting concrete solutions that meet the demands of internal or external customers.

• You create wireframes and write user stories.

• Drafting acceptance criteria for developed user stories is also a key part of your role.

• Throughout your job, you maintain regular contact with internal and external customers and colleagues, including architects, project managers, and developers.
