Responsibilities:

Develop game concepts and gameplay mechanics
Become a monetization maestro! You'll work closely with the team to strategically implement features that drive revenue and keep players engaged
Collaborate closely with a talented and passionate team to bring your game ideas to life, from brainstorming to launch
Own your craft! You'll have the freedom to develop new ideas, analyze game functionality, and write clear documentation to guide development.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Game Designer
Experience working on games with a large audience in the App Store / Google Play
Experience in monetization optimization
Deep understanding of game mechanics and their implementation
Knowledge of analytics metrics: Retention, DAU, ARPU, ARPDAU, LTV
Unity skills
Passion for gaming and relevant experience
