Ми шукаємо талановитого та креативного Game Designer, який буде відповідати за розробку унікальних та захоплюючих геймплейних концепцій для наших ігор. Головна мета цієї позиції - створити ігри, які не лише розважатимуть користувачів, а й залишатимуться в їхніх серцях і пам'яті на довгий час.

        Чого ми очікуємо від тебе:

• 1+ рік досвіду роботи геймдизайнером або на суміжній посаді в ігровій індустрії.
• Базові технічні знання та розуміння принципів роботи ігрових рушіїв;
• Аналітичне мислення та вміння чітко формулювати ідеї;
• Навички роботи з Google Docs, Excel і Photoshop;
• Знання основ теорії ймовірностей та комбінаторики.
  
  Буде плюсом:
• Досвід розробки слот-ігор або iGaming-проєктів;
• Практичні навички роботи з ігровими рушіями (Unity, Unreal або ін.);
• Досвід користування системами відстеження задач (Jira, Trello);
• Наявність випущених проєктів чи портфоліо.
  
  В обов'язки буде входити:
• Контроль процесу імплементації нових фіч від ідеї до релізу;
• Розробка концептів ігрових механік та економіки;
• Генерування та пріоритизація гіпотез, їхня валідація й оцінка результатів, і донесення їх до команди;
• Моніторинг трендів індустрії та дослідження інтересів аудиторії;
• Підтримання високих стандартів якості продукту та пошук нових способів підвищити залученість гравців.

Зараз ми шукаємо Game Product Owner (Slot Games) — креативну людину з аналітичним баченням, яка буде створювати захоплюючі та комерційно успішні слоти, структурувати роботу команди та повністю покривати документацію проектів від ідеї до сертифікації.

Що ти будеш робити:

• Генерувати оригінальні ідеї для слотів, сетингу, фіч та механік.
• Направляти команди Art, Development і Production, щоб забезпечити реалізацію візії від початкової концепції і до самого реліза. 
• Створювати чіткі та деталізовані Game Design Documents (GDDs) для всіх механік та фіч. 
• Співпрацювати з математиком над визначенням і балансуванням частоти фіч та бонусної структури.

Ми очікуємо від тебе:

• 4+ років професійного досвіду створення слотів на позиції Game Design, бажано real-money.
• Глибоке фундаментальне розуміння слот-механік та їхнього впливу на досвід гравця.
• Досвід створення структурованих і зрозумілих GDD.
• Знання iGaming-ринку та поведінки гравців.
• Розуміння регуляторних вимог у сфері азартних ігор.
• Англійська — B2 або вище.
