We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to take our product to the next level.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Successful experience in WEB/Mobile applications development/implementation.
Strong knowledge of Business Analysis discipline.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business languages.
Strong customer service orientation.
English — B1/B2
Nice to have:

Experience in working with JIRA and Trello tools.
Experience in FinTech/e-wallets is highly recommended.
Responsibilities:

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive product growth.
Work closely with an engineering team to deliver valuable, feasible, and usable solutions.
Market research & analysis of competing solutions.
Product technical & business documentation development.
Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications in a well-structured and clear way.
Work with PRD (product requirements documents)
Creation of user stories
Writing use cases
Provide analysis and reporting.
