Hard skills requirements (including years):

4+ years of experience working as a business analyst;

Сomprehensive understanding of token economics, including token issuance, distribution strategies, utility dynamics, and analyzing factors affecting token price and liquidity within a network;

Proven experience in writing tokenomics models for various tokens, coins, and networks;

Deep understanding of DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) structures and governance mechanisms;

Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including its principles, applications, and industry trends; experience with Ethereum ecosystem;

Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements specific to blockchain projects.

Comprehensive knowledge of business analysis, requirements management, and Agile delivery principles.

Proven experience in eliciting and documenting requirements in the form of user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

Ability to create comprehensive software requirements specifications (SRS).

Strong grasp of software architecture, including Web applications, and a deep understanding of software/systems (UML).

Proficiency in modeling business processes, knowledge of notations and methodologies (BPMN).

Ability to interpret, structure, and clarify complex information into clear, actionable requirements.

Experience leading workshops to gather requirements, build solutions, and present features.

Excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

Сreate documentation and business models encompassing the elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of the business requirements from stakeholders, customers, and end-users, all while ensuring strategic congruence with business objectives.

Collaborate with the client, project manager, and development team, acting as the key liaison between stakeholders and the software development team.

Decompose complex requirements into concise, clear user stories with unambiguous acceptance criteria.

Organize effective and efficient communication channels with the development team to ensure proper and timely implementation in line with requirements.

Organize an effective and efficient communication plan for the work with a client and be pro-active in this cooperation.

Lead the identification, analysis, and selection of the optimal solution scope according to the customer’s business requirements.
