IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
- Experience in IT researching/recruiting;
- Intermediate English;
- Good knowledge of different recruitment tools, interviewing process, search channels;
- Understanding of IT market trends and differences between technologies/ IT positions.

- Outstanding communication and analytical skills;
- Highly responsible and organized with attention to details;
- Result-oriented, out of box thinker;
- Good team-player, active, hard-working personality.

Responsibilities:
- Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels and generating pipelines for each position;
- Maintaining a complete hiring cycle (from drafting a job vacancy to carrying out all the stages of selection and making the offer);
- Providing feedback to candidates at each selection stage;
- Maintaining the candidate database;
- Participation in HR processes (adaptation, motivation etc.);
- Assistance and participation in event management.
