We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Full-stack Team Leader to join our client project for a direct contract! Your role will entail guiding a team of developers through the conceptualization, creation, and implementation of cutting-edge software applications using React, Node.js, and other pertinent technologies. As a hands-on leader, you will actively participate in technical deliberations, mentor team members, and ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
● Leading a team of developers through the design, development, and deployment phases of web applications utilizing React, Node.js, and MySQL.
● Defining project requirements, breaking down tasks, and devising project plans and timelines.
● Conducting thorough code reviews, offering technical direction, and guiding developers in adopting diverse work methodologies.
● Identifying and resolving technical challenges and impediments.
● Cultivating a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.
● Effectively communicating with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full-stack developer, demonstrating a solid grasp of web development principles and practices, particularly with React and Node.js.
○ Experience in leading and supervising development teams.
● Proficiency with MySQL databases is essential.
● Proficiency in English.
●Exceptional communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
● Capability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities adeptly.
● Enthusiasm for crafting top-notch software solutions and delivering impactful outcomes.
