Project Manager/ Maintenance and Application Lifecycle Manager (offline)

The Maintenance project is related to a long term production operation support and lifecycle management for a different components of LBS solutions including(but not limited to): embedded navigation, maps and backend services. Multiple typical activities considered to be a part of Lifecycle management: service releases, P0/P1 bugfix analysis and implementation, regular bug inflow and field returns, continuous maps testing and delivery, hardware labs operations etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT or equivalent
• 3+ years in software development/testing
• Understanding of SCRUM best practices
• ITSM and ITIL approach and hands-on experience
• Deep knowledge of software testing related best practices
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks
• Well-organized, details-oriented and a strong team player
• Fluent in English, both in spoken and written form
• Experience in location based services is a plus
• Experience in embedded software (specially automotive related) system would be great advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Backlog / bi-weekly standup/ Kanban approach to the operational scope
• AQA backlog management, tasks prioritization
• Strict SLA release cycle management for maps delivery
• SLA based approach to the bug inflow and field returns
• Requirement management for incoming Change Requests and issues
