QA+Tech Support $600-800 Offline

Position: Tech. Support + jun QA

 

Salary level: 600 - 800 EUR per month

 

Commercial experience: more than 1 year

 

The person day-to-day activities:

- Review the user stories/specifications as part of QA procedure

- Prepare the test cases based on requirements and actualisation of the existing qa checklists (Regression, smoke, release etc.)

- Testing/verification/debugging of the issues in the development stage

- Cover the existing functionality (from the previous release) with API tests and integration tests (Jmeter + Protractor)

- Take part in Release preparation

- Take care for the support portal monitoring and request managing

- To be responsible for communication with customers in the context of affiliate/account/organization configuration and onboarding

- To be responsible for process of IATA and non-IATA newcomers' onboarding process (manage communication, go through with the customer onboarding flow, collect required data, manage the third-party access, configure supplier, psp and accounting system connections, manage timelines, provide the educational sessions)

- To be responsible for the ongoing system configurations based on internal of customer requests

- Provide second-level technical support to internal and external customers

- Manage customer's requests (together with the BA) to prepare them to be developed

- Present / demonstrate product to existing or new customers

- Take part in internal process tuning (provide recommendations regarding existing processes enhancement, define existing weak points and bottlenecks)

 

Mandatory Requirements:

-A proactive position is a must

-SQL experience is a must

-Intermediate level of English or higher (doc reading/writing, project internal/external communications)

-Experience with JavaScript

-Good understanding of SQA theory, Agile methodologies

-Understanding of SDLCExperience in working with Git, Jira, Confluence

-Working experience with different OS (Windows, Mac OS, Linux), with web services (REST, SOAP)

-Plan and estimate test efforts.

-Linear thinking (to be oriented to reach the goal)

-Systems thinking

-Json, XML reading/writing

-Logs reading (text files, Kibana)

-Browser developer tools (console, network, etc)

 

It could be a plus:

-Development background (Java, Angular, TypeScript, PHP)

-BA background

-Working experience with TestRails tool

-System analysis skills (catch the idea how will feature be implemented on a technical level)

-Experience with tools:

SOAP UI

PostMan

Draw.io

Excel :)

Jenkins

Grafana
