Technical Support Engineer (Tallinn) (offline)

A degree in information technology or computer science attained OR in progress OR
equivalent level of professional experience.

— 2 or more years of experience in QA, programming, or IT-related technical support
— 1 or more year of experience on any customer-centric role
— Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
— Very good self-expression skills (both verbal and written)
— English C1-C2

— Basic knowledge of any of these languages Java, Python, C#, C++ (the more, the better)
— Basic knowledge of SQL databases
— Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver
— Willing to learn new programming languages and technologies
— Willing to work in Estonia, relocate if necessary
— Flexible in working hours
— Punctual, attentive to details
— Able to multi-task

Responsibilities
— Provide technical assistance to users through email, live chat, and Skype
— Connect to users through TeamViewer and investigate their issues
— Help users with setting up the environment for working with our software
— Help users with making their Selenium/Puppeteer automation scripts work
— Participate in software testing

Example: websites that show different content to different regions, devices, people. Companies to see those websites as normal people
