Key skills:

-Upper-Intermediate English or Proficient English (B2, C1);

-Computer proficiency (experienced user of Google services (Docs, Sheets);

-Perseverance and a desire to work in the IT industry;

-Attention to detail, punctuality, responsibility, integrity, willingness to learn, and discipline;

-Experience with the lead generation process will be a plus.


Key responsibilities:

-Go through the Google Sheets with RSS-generated leads, identify job post relevance and submit proposals using our custom AI GPT model;

-Be proficient in written communication in English;

-Proposals evaluation, AI generation, and submission using guidelines and AI GPT;

-Fulfilling the lead generation plan (number of submissions and leads analyzed per month);

-Day-to-day work adding the leads that replied to a CRM;

-Improve IT industry knowledge on a daily basis.



-Ability to work remotely;

Terms of work:

-Working shifts:

3 days from 10:00 to 18:00;

3 days from 18:00 to 02:00;

-Working days - Monday - Friday;

-Trial period - 2-4 weeks;

-Salary — 400$ (trial period - 300$);

-24 days of paid vacation per year;

-Acceptance and follow the company goals and objectives.
