Requirements:

● Proven working experience as an HR Manager (4+ years).

● Proven experience as a Lead HR Manager or in a similar role, with a minimum of 1 year

in a leadership position (managing 2-3 people).

● Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies and

initiatives.

● Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

● People-oriented and results-driven.

● Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.

● Proficiency in HR software and tools.

● Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

● Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of

● Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall

business strategy.

● Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,

motivation, and preservation of human capital.

● Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the

organization.

● Lead and manage a small team of HR managers.

● Provide support to employees as their personal HR Manager.

● Nurture a positive working environment.

● Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.

● Conduct performance and salary reviews.

● Maintain HR systems and processes.

● Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.

● Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.

1. Meetings Coordination: Participation in regular meetings with the top management

team to discuss HR strategies, goals, and initiatives.

2. Internal Status Meetings: Conduct regular internal status meetings with the HR team to

review progress, address challenges, and plan future actions.

3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of HR managers, providing guidance,

support, and mentoring to ensure optimal performance and results.

4. Goal Planning: Develop goals, budgets, and strategies for the HR team, aligning them

with the overall objectives of the company.

5. Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust HR processes to enhance

efficiency and effectiveness on a daily basis.

6. HR Statistics: Gather and analyze HR statistics to evaluate performance and identify

areas for improvement.

7. Results Presentation: Present HR results and statistics to both the top management

team and the HR team, providing insights and recommendations for further action.

8. Individual Growth Planning: Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to plan

their professional growth and development in alignment with company goals.

9. Process Review: Regularly review HR processes and implement new practices to

streamline operations and enhance productivity.

10. PeopleForce Support: Provide support and adjustment to the PeopleForce platform,

including policies, rules, instructions, and profile settings.

11. Documentation Management: Manage internal documents such as salary records,

staffing tracker, etc., ensuring accuracy and compliance.

12. Policy Development: Create and update rules, instructions, and policies for different

locations as per organizational requirements and legal standards.

13. Contract Updates: Collaborate with general/local managers to update employment

contracts as needed, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

14. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to foster collaboration and

alignment on HR-related matters.

15. Event Organization Support: Assist general managers with event organization in

collaboration with the Brand Manager, ensuring smooth execution and employee

engagement.

16. Salary Review Approval: Review and approve salary reviews in coordination with the

CEO, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization.
