Requirements:

- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall Methodology.

- Solid experience working in Scrum Master/Project Manager Role.

- Experience applying various estimation techniques.

- Proficiency in using Jira.

- A constant focus on what could be improved and helps others to see the opportunity to improve.

- Familiarity with SAFe practices is a significant plus.

Would be a plus:

- Experience in Business Analysis.

- Technical and financial background.

- Hands-on experience with JIRA, MS Project and other PM tools.

- Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.

Responsibilities:

- Synchronizing 2+ product teams.

- Drive development team to stay focused on their sprint plan to accomplish the sprint goals.

- Facilitate planning and build a delivery middle & long-term delivery roadmap.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Ensure resource availability and allocation.

- Driving continuous development, continuous improvements, and innovation.

- Creating and communicating the annual calendars for iterations and PIs; facilitating PI planning and readiness; summarizing and publishing PI objectives.

- Managing risks and escalating impediments

- Management reporting across delivery functions

- Ensuring consistency in predictability, quality and methodology
