Senior Financial Analyst (offline)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in managing expenses reporting and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in finance ERP systems, specifically Netsuite, and possess expertise in other FP&A planning software.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Develop and maintain comprehensive expenses reporting structures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making processes.

- Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in expense management.

- Drive the budgeting and forecasting process for expenses, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with strategic objectives.

- Utilize financial ERP systems, particularly Netsuite, and other FP&A planning software to streamline reporting and forecasting activities.

Present financial reports and insights to senior management, offering recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

ABOUT YOU

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.

- ACCA or CPA certification is required.

Experience:

- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis.

- Previous experience working in an international or US-based company.

- Experience in the SaaS industry or a related field will be a plus.

- Prior experience with Big 4 firms is a strong advantage.

Financial Modeling:

- Strong financial modeling skills to analyze and forecast financial performance, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and cash flow management.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ability to work closely with different departments to develop and monitor budgets.

Technology Skills:

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with a specific emphasis on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.

- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including complex formula creation, pivot tables, data analysis, and automation

Soft skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to cooperate with other departments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
