Product Manager (i-Gaming) Offline

Requirements:

● 3+ years of experience in product management and business analysis.

● Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and Customer Flows for online casino products.

● Familiarity with Scrum AGILE delivery methods and understanding of the Product Manager role.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with creative thinking.

● Attention to detail and ability to process complex information efficiently.

● Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse audiences.

● Understanding of SDLC processes and ability to collaborate closely with the Technology team.

● Excellent teamwork, coordination, planning, and influencing skills.

● Knowledge of iGaming product tracking and Analytics.

● Understanding of Customer Retention techniques and KPIs

● Experience in devising and executing Promo Strategies and Campaigns.

● Ability to make data-driven decisions/solutions based on product’s KPIs analysis.

Responsibilities:

● Overseeing product development for UA/RO Markets.

● Keeping stakeholders informed of delivery status and benefits realization.

● Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial, development, and QA teams.

● Work closely with product development team from concept to execution.

● Creating detailed user flows and ensuring clarity of requirements.

● Collaborating with the Commercial team to develop product strategy and roadmap.

● Maintaining a 12-month roadmap and prioritized backlog of user stories.

● Defining working relationships with Business Analyst and Project manager.

● Ensuring the success of the product by analyzing business case, budget, and revenues.

● Conducting market and competitor analysis to inform product development.

● Assessing new features’ efficiency and making necessary adjustments.

● Analyzing customer feedback and converting it into tasks with Retention and Customer Service Teams.

● Reporting on product development status.

● Developing and analyzing daily/weekly/monthly reports.
