Must haves
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 5+ years of HR experience in the IT industry.
- Proven experience with HR metrics.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn, accept, and apply coaching.
- Willingness to be creative and find solutions.
- Metrics-driven and goal-oriented.
- Excellent follow-up and strong time management/project management skills.
- Hands-on doer while also having a strategic vision.
As a plus
- Previous experience working with a rapidly scaling company of 200-500 people.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on HR policies and stay up to date on the latest policies and trends.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and execution of the employee experience plan while making meaningful contributions with ideas and improvements to the overall employee experience.
- Work with the team to create programs and solutions which would increase retention and satisfaction.
- Provide and track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Execution of employee engagement including team buildings, swag, corporate parties, and other activities.
- Identify and evaluate training programs.
