Senior Business / System Analyst

Company: B2B Soft – product IT company specializing in POS systems for the USA market 💻🇺🇸
What you’ll do:

• Participate in discovery workshops with customers and define key business/product requirements 📝
• Manage project scope and requirements, identify dependencies, and impact on existing solutions ⚙️
• Create business requirements, user stories, mockups, functional & technical specs (flow diagrams, data mappings, examples)
• Collaborate closely with dev teams & Tech Leads (backlog grooming, requirements changes, technical design) 🤝
• Communicate with internal & external stakeholders (Product, Accounts, Partners, Customers)
• Prepare UAT scenarios, validation cases, demos
• Create user guides, technical documentation, presentations 📚

Technical skills needed:

• 4+ years as Business / System / Functional Analyst
• Proficient in User Stories, Use Cases, Functional & Non-Functional Requirements, system diagrams, wireframes
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture ⚡
• Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban)
• Solid knowledge of DB & SQL, UML, BPMN
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices, software development lifecycle, web app architecture
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher 🌐

• Excellent communication & presentation skills 🗣️
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, with big-picture thinking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Strong time-management & multitasking skills ⏱️

Nice to have:

• Experience with reporting systems, dashboards, DWH/ETL
• Enterprise software or finance domain experience
• Delivery of desktop & web apps
