Senior Business / System Analyst

What youβll do:
- Participate in discovery workshops with customers and define key business/product requirements π
- Manage project scope and requirements, identify dependencies, and impact on existing solutions βοΈ
- Create business requirements, user stories, mockups, functional & technical specs (flow diagrams, data mappings, examples)
- Collaborate closely with dev teams & Tech Leads (backlog grooming, requirements changes, technical design) π€
- Communicate with internal & external stakeholders (Product, Accounts, Partners, Customers)
- Prepare UAT scenarios, validation cases, demos
- Create user guides, technical documentation, presentations π
Technical skills needed:
- 4+ years as Business / System / Functional Analyst
- Proficient in User Stories, Use Cases, Functional & Non-Functional Requirements, system diagrams, wireframes
- Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture β‘
- Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban)
- Solid knowledge of DB & SQL, UML, BPMN
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices, software development lifecycle, web app architecture
- English Upper-Intermediate or higher π

- Excellent communication & presentation skills π£οΈ
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, with big-picture thinking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
