- Offboarding and exit interview

- Supporting employees with all incoming issues

- Taking part in the development of corporate culture

- Provide workers with all necessary materials

 

About you:

- Understanding of the IT sphere

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to solve a problem and find an instant solution to any issue

- Experience in maintaining databases

- Experience in conducting interviews

- Less than 2 years of commercial experience
