Account Manager/System Administrator Offline

Requirements:

⁃ Intermediate English level

⁃ Persistence and attention to details

⁃ Proactivity

⁃ Creativity and ability to work independently

⁃ Understanding of IT industry

⁃ Experience with Google Sheets 
- Familiarity with proxies, VPNs, and networking tools is a big plus

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing LinkedIn and/or Upwork accounts
  • Previous work with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, or freelance platforms
  • Interest in account creation, setup, and searching for talent to run the accounts

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow multiple Upwork accounts (including creating and maintaining new ones)
  • Assist in finding and onboarding people to operate LinkedIn and Upwork accounts
  • Conduct basic outreach and communication with potential clients under guidance
  • Monitor account activity and ensure consistent engagement
  • Support lead generation efforts and help transition qualified leads to sale
