What You’ll Do:
- Find & Engage Leads – Manage lead generation channels (Upwork, referrals, webinars, conferences, Telegram, Facebook)
- Book Meetings – Schedule and coordinate calls with potential clients
- Plan & Organize Events – Webinars, conferences, and podcasts
- Keep Things Organized – Maintain and update the CRM system
- Improve Lead Quality – Collect feedback from Sales and refine outreach strategies
- Ensure Follow-Ups – Monitor chats/emails for responses and follow up promptly
- Track Progress – Report on KPIs and summarize monthly results
Support Sales – Prepare case studies and marketing materials for outreach

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 1+ year of experience as a Lead Generator or Business Assistant
✔️ Event organization experience (webinars, podcasts, conferences, etc.)
✔️ English: B2-C1 level + Fluent Ukrainian

Bonus Points If You Have:
➕ Experience with Upwork, Sales Navigator, or outreach tools (Snov.io, Lemlist, etc.)
➕ Basic copywriting skills
➕ Self-motivation, discipline & ability to work independently
