Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for an experienced Lead QA Engineer who possesses a deep passion for quality assurance and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will excel in manual QA processes and also have intermediate skills in automation QA. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, connecting with a dynamic team that's spread across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive manual testing strategies for our mobile and desktop applications and backend API.

- Lead and mentor the future QA team in identifying, documenting, and effectively reporting bugs and issues.

- Collaborate with development teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Develop and implement automation scripts, enhancing our testing efficiency and coverage.

- Stay on top of the latest testing tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in QA testing, with a strong emphasis on manual testing.

- Intermediate expertise in automation testing, including familiarity with relevant tools and frameworks for mobile and desktop applications.

- Demonstrated experience in testing mobile and desktop applications, as well as backend APIs.

- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

- Knowledge of programming languages and scripting for test automation.
