We are expanding our team and looking for a Project Manager to join our Dnipro office and oversee game development projects.
Responsibilities:
• Manage game development projects at all stages of production.
• Organize and coordinate the team’s workflow, plan tasks, track deadlines, and ensure smooth processes.
• Communicate with clients and partners, providing project status updates.
• Monitor task execution, prioritize work, and manage the backlog.
• Identify project risks, propose and implement solutions.
• Present completed solutions, demos, and prototypes.
We are a perfect match if you:
• Are passionate about the gaming industry and have experience as a gamer, with knowledge of gaming genres.
• Strong understanding of game development processes and production stages.
• Experience working with Unity and an understanding of game engine workflows.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, Slack, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems (GIT, Unity Collab).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in team management, knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• English proficiency B2 or higher (written and verbal communication).
Working conditions:
• Office-based position in central Dnipro.
• Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00.
