Delivery manager / Project Manager (offline) $1500-2000

We are looking for Delivery manager / Project Manager



- Lead a team of 3-5 developers (daily meetings, tasks discussion, collecting needed/blocking data from clients)

- Lead a sales team, push them to meet KPIs on weekly estimate requests, new contracts

- Client communication (collecting requirements, collecting feedback, preparing developers' deliveries and making demo sessions with clients)

- Up-selling existing clients (with the help of developers and their ideas, with the help of sales person and their ideas)

- Monthly payments (invoicing clients, payouts to the team under this role)

- Weekly reporting (standardized) to executive team (2 co-owners)



- excellent English speaking and writing level (upper at least)

- good communication skills

- strong project management skills (experience from FMCG or other domains is 100% ok)

- experience working with reports (financial reports, not complex; project reports; presentations preparation in PowerPoint or similar software, not often at all)

- experience working with Jira / Trello / Asana (Jira preferable, other can be a plus)

- experience in splitting the project into the backlog of tasks grouped logically or functionally into sub-backlogs (epics).

- Understanding how to divide IT projects + minimal experience will be a huge plus, but in any case, there will be a test task to show this ability to all candidates who want to take this position
