Technical Support Specialist (night shifts) Offline

Hi guys! We are hiring a new team in the development department and currently we need 4 specialists only for night shifts. The total number of shifts is no more than 10-11 per month. Our expect:

 

— 2+ years background in technical support, customer service, or a related role;

— practical skills in log and events analysis using tools like Graylog, Sentry, Zabbix, Grafana or similar to search and analyze log data;

— proficiency in APIs testing to ensure its functionality, request/response parameters validation, defining resource endpoints, error messages, status codes analysis etc.;

— English proficiency at an Pre-intermediate level or higher;

— understanding and knowledge of JSON, XML, HTML, CSS;

— excellent problem-solving, communicational and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges;

— multitasking skills;

— good to have: 1+ year of experience in the iGaming industry

 

Your responsibilities:

 

— analyze incoming problems and determine the correct way to solve technical problems encountered by operators and their clients;

— offer timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and support requests via ticketing system and chats;

— properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams, including developers, QA and account managers;

— follow up on daily basis after tasks and projects that are still open and awaiting to be solved using a ticketing system;

— contribute to product testing, monitor and document issues, and report results to the development or quality assurance teams when necessary;

— understand platform architecture and main features logic;

— if necessary, collect additional information to perform the task
