We’re partnering with a genomics company with a focus on interpreting genetic diseases. Their product is a next-generation, genomics intelligence platform that incorporates the most advanced artificial intelligence technologies to streamline the interpretation and evidence presentation process. By using this tool, healthcare providers can offer individualized care to more patients.
In our collaboration model, you will work and communicate directly with the development team on the client side.
What you’ll do in this role
— Lead and manage the automation developers team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity using best Agile practices
— Utilize advanced Python skills, ranging from pytest to core language concepts, to develop and optimize automation scripts and tools.
— Design and implement solutions based on RestAPI, ensuring seamless integration and communication between various systems.
— Actively contribute to the enhancement and expansion of our in-house developed automation framework.
— Foster innovation and encourage the team to explore new automation strategies and technologies.
— Manage Jira task assignments, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
— Mentor team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth.
We’re looking for
— Proven experience as an automation developer or in a similar role.
— Strong expertise in Python, with a solid grasp of its core concepts and libraries like pytest.
— In-depth knowledge of the DOM and its application in automation.
— Proficient in RestAPI development and integration.
— Experience with developing or working on self-developed automation frameworks is highly desirable.
— Knowledge of Selenium and Playwright, considered a significant advantage.
— Deep understanding of the software delivery and testing process, encompassing requirements specification (SRS), test planning, development, and execution, through to acceptance and Design Verification Testing (DVT).
— Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira task management.
— Excellent leadership and team management skills.
— Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for technological innovation.
