Affiliate Manager

We are currently looking for a strong Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for finding and attracting new affiliates, managing and activating partners, managing offers and promotional materials, negotiating terms, analyzing traffic quality and KPIs, participating in industry events, and preparing reports — all to improve the effectiveness of the affiliate program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and onboard affiliate partners specializing in PPC and SEO traffic.
- Analyze potential partners’ traffic sources, quality, and compliance before launch.
- Launch and manage test campaigns based on predefined KPIs.
- Evaluate campaign performance and profitability (ROI, CPA, LTV).
- Scale profitable campaigns and optimize underperforming ones.
- Negotiate partnership terms, KPIs, and commercial conditions with affiliates.
- Continuously monitor traffic quality, conversions, and costs.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
- Stay on top of market trends, traffic sources, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, Performance Marketer
- Proven experience working with PPC and/or SEO traffic sources.
- Experience launching, testing, and scaling affiliate campaigns
- Understanding of CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models and their economics.
- Communication, negotiation, and long-term partnership building skills.
- B2+ English proficiency.
- Ability to analyze metrics and work with affiliate platforms (Affilka, Income Access, MyAffiliates, etc.).
