Senior Data Warehouse and AWS Consultant-Redshift, S3, EC2 (offline)

- Minimum 1 year working experience in AWS Redshift
- Expert knowledge in SQL and experience working with complex data sets
- 3-5 years of experience in data modelling and managing Data Warehouses
- Experience with other AWS components, such as S3, EC2 etc. are a strong plus
- Understand ETL, ELT and data processing concepts
- Knowledge of query optimization techniques, Redshift performance management
- Good understanding of Database architecture principles
- Ability to find creative solutions to difficult data
- Ability to work independently and to occasionally travel for work
- Ability not to have attitude and to accept criticism with grace, like Dolly Parton accepts flowers
- Willing to perform international travel (passport is required) and to work on-site with the client for up to 3 months into EU, if required. We will reward you handsomely for this time and we will fly you back home on the weekends if you like
