Data Analyst (offline)
As a Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to streamline and enhance facilities staffing operations through meticulous analysis, strategic collaboration, and client-focused service. You will contribute to the overall efficiency of client facilities by undertaking various duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst (at least 1-2 years)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL
- Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, VBA, data visualization tools
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (English β Advanced)
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Able to operate independently
- Attentive to detail
- Able to rapidly learn new systems and policies.
Duties and responsibilities:
Staffing Management:
β Create and manage facilities staffing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
β Monitor daily staffing levels to identify areas for improvement and enhanced performance.
β Negotiate agency staffing contracts to secure favorable terms and efficient workforce solutions.
β Train facilities on effectively utilizing scheduling systems to streamline operations.
Analysis:
β Analyze staffing data to locate areas where clients can improve performance.
β Collaborate with team members to ascertain the best methods for clients to implement.
β Understand SNF staffing requirements, challenges, and metrics.
β Maintain documentation of analysis and assistance.
Client Service:
β Communicate findings with clients; on both corporate and operations levels.
β Assist clients with proper data inputs into their time and attendance and payroll systems.
β Assist clients with required staffing reporting.
