Technical Support Engineer (offline)

Motorsport Network is currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our expanding team on a full-time basis. This role will primarily involve Office 365 administration, encompassing licensing, SharePoint administration, MS Azure, and Azure Active Directory troubleshooting.

 

JOB DUTIES

- Understanding the technical aspects of IT systems and infrastructure, including networking, hardware, software, and security.

- Providing remote support to employees and customers, managing and administering Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.

- Working with Zendesk or a similar customer service platform.

- Maintaining the Google Workspace environment, overseeing user accounts, groups, permissions, and settings.

- Offering effective IT assistance tailored to industry-specific needs across all business aspects.

- Managing support requests from users and delivering timely, accurate responses.

 

EXPERIENCE/QUALITIES DESIRED

- 2 years of experience in providing technical support.

- Familiarity with website monitoring services like Pingdom or similar platforms.

- Proficiency in investigating and resolving technical issues, collaborating within and across teams, and utilizing troubleshooting tools and practices.

- Team-oriented, yet able to work independently;

- Great interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with individuals and teams at all levels;

- Intermediate/ Upper Intermediate level of English and excellent writing skills.
