DOIT Software is an IT Staff Augmentation company.

We are currently seeking a Junior Marketing Manager. This role’s primary focus will be content creation and promotion, with the ultimate objective of achieving top positions in Google Search results in the USA for the IT staffing industry and establishing our website as a market leader in our niche.

While a prior experience in SEO is not obligatory, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

- Great attention to detail.

- Strong aptitude for learning and the ability to independently research unfamiliar topics.

- Demonstrate a healthy sense of perfectionism when delivering results.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills while implementing well-tested SEO strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct marketing research and competitor analysis to identify trends and best practices for content creation and promotion.

- Perform keyword analysis using tools like ahrefs.com, select topics.

- Create SEO checklists that include deep topic analysis.

- Create content based on the SEO checklists (blog articles, guest posts, content for service pages).

- Actively use AI help like chatGPT, Bard, Claude, or others to speed up getting results for content creation.

- Distribute content across various platforms. Engage in correspondence with webmasters and authors to secure backlinks to our website.

- Add content to the website using WordPress.

- Oversee the work of researchers and review their results.

- Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

- Strong interest in pursuing a career in SEO Marketing. Prior experience in the field is a plus.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Editorial experience would be a strong plus.

- Ability to work with data and apply a data-driven mindset to gain insights.

- Curiosity about emerging technologies.

- Honesty and transparency.
