We expect that you have

— Upper-Intermediate level of English to speak with clients

— Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

— Basic technical outlook on web applications development

— Understanding of different development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)

— Proactive & detail-oriented approach

— Willingness to develop in the IT industry

Will be plus if you have

— working experience in IT

— experience in people management practices: coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management, team motivation and team building

— experience in communication with customers
