Middle Machine Learning Engineer Offline

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of experience with JavaScript;

- 2+ years of experience with Python;

- 2+ years of experience as a software developer or engineer with a strong focus on NLP and AI-based projects.

- Experience in chatbot development

- Knowledge in NLP, machine learning, and Instagram API is highly desirable.

- Experience with database management and chatbot frameworks.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Flexibility in adapting to new technologies and project requirements.

- Strong technical and coding skills with a passion for system architecture;

- Proactive, strong communication skills, and empathetic, team player;

- Upper Intermediate or higher English level.

Responsibilities:

- Build and deploy an intelligent chatbot on Instagram, integrating it with our website for user access.

- Develop a chatbot system that qualifies leads based on user interactions. Focus on creating a user-friendly experience to enhance engagement and data collection.

- Continuously monitor and optimize the chatbot's performance, ensuring its alignment with our marketing, sales, and design teams' objectives to achieve business goals.

- Ensure seamless integration and operation of the chatbot within Instagram, adhering to platform-specific guidelines.

- Integrating new features to the web application

- Supporting platform and improving it, through customer requests

- Efficient communication with all stakeholders in-time

- Having positive leader-subordinate relations with the team
