This role requires the following qualifications and skills:

- 3+ years of experience as an MQA Engineer in different projects (size, industry, team structure)

- Strong understanding of software testing principles, SDLC, and client-server architecture;

- Proficiency in Web and API testing;

- Hands-on experience in creating and executing checklists, test cases, test plans, project documentation, and test results reporting from scratch;

- Knowledge of HTTP, XML, JSON, and REST protocols.

- Proficiency in UI testing and log analysis;

- Experience working with Postman, Chrome DevTools, Git, and various task-tracking systems;

- Conversational English level (at least Upper Intermediate);

It is not required, but will be a bonus if you have:

- Previous BA or PM experience (will be a big plus)

- Background in mobile and automation testing;

- Knowledge of SQL databases

- Experience testing projects implemented using Python and related technologies.

- Background as a solo QA Engineer at several projects.

Responsibilities:

- Advocate for a culture of quality within the organization

- Collaborate with project managers and developers to understand project requirements and timelines.

- Create detailed test plans and test cases based on project specifications.

- Manually execute test cases to identify defects and issues in web applications.

- Perform regression and exploratory testing.

- Document defects and issues discovered during testing with clear and concise descriptions.

- Evaluate the user interface (UI) for usability, consistency, and adherence to design guidelines.

- Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.
