Flora creates an ecosystem of solutions supporting women from their teenage years into menopause. We sell a B2C app and B2B employee benefits package, a solution for marketing research, as well as mental health & sex education workshops.
Our main asset is data - we gather and analyze symptoms, patterns in menstrual cycles and well-being, employee performance, labor loss, systemic factors hindering employee health, market trends, and user preference.
Flora was founded in December 2020, by two ex-pat founders from Ukraine. We raised a seed round in 2021 and this year are negotiating our Pre-Series A round. Flora was named one of the fastest-growing startups in West Japan and we regularly appear on NHK, Asahi TV, and Nikkei.
