We create products, mainly in the domains: Fintech, Edtech, Healthcare, eSports for clients from all over the world. We are looking for a system person who knows how to keep processes under control and team player who likes to be part of interesting innovations.

Requirements

— Project management experience from 2 years (confirmed by projects);

— English at least upper-intermediate (B2);

— Experience with task managers (Jira / Asana / Linear), knowledge of basic project organization tools;

— Formation of technical tasks, prioritization of tasks, control over their implementation and reporting;

— Selection of the optimal project approach, organization, and coordination of processes within its life cycle;

— Confident knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management approaches;

— Communication skills, organization of work processes, responsibility.

Responsibilities

— Project and risk management: planning, organizing, and controlling all stages of project work;

— Quality control: checking the fulfillment of tasks and standards on time;

— Communication and organization of work within the team: ensuring that all project participants understand its goals and objectives;

— Communication with clients (Calls, Chats, Meetings);

— Evaluating project progress, identifying risks and solving problems, preparing reports;

— Strategic approach: Understanding how the project interacts with the company's strategic goals and making adjustments.
