Junior QA Automation Engineer Offline

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a short-term project as a Junior QA Automation Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, with hands-on experience in automating test cases using Python and json files. They will also have experience using Postman to test APIs and a good understanding of web application testing.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Python and appropriate testing frameworks

- Design and execute automated tests for web applications and APIs

- Collaborate with QA Tech Lead to identify and prioritize testing needs

- Analyze test results to identify and report defects

- Participate in the continuous improvement of the QA automation process

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

- 1+ years of hands-on experience in software testing

- Proficient in Python programming language

- Experience using Postman for API testing

- Good understanding of web application testing principles and methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
