Skills and Qualifications

β€’ At least 1 year experience;

β€’ Outsourcing experience;

β€’ Experience with Web 3.0 technology (preferably crypto projects and knowledge of project stages);

β€’ Experience with automation tools (will be a plus);

β€’ Preferable experience in Sales Nurturing;

β€’ English β€” intermediate (upper-intermediate is desirable);

β€’ Basic knowledge in the IT field;

β€’ Experience with any CRM system;

β€’ Responsible, result-oriented and fast learner;

β€’ Outstanding communication skills β€” you will be connecting with prospects constantly.

 

Would be a plus

β€’ Experience in negotiating with foreign customers in the IT industry.

 

Responsibilities

β€’ Generating a high number of leads;

β€’ Initiating conversations with key decision-makers at target companies to identify their business needs;

β€’ Identifying and using market trends to provide leads for the sales department;

β€’ Researching and developing prospective accounts;

β€’ Converting qualified leads and preparing them for meetings and calls;

β€’ Working collaboratively with a Marketing and Sales team;

β€’ Using CRM, marketing and sales tools.
