Java Software Engineer (offline)

Required skills
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience, ideally building products from ideation to launch on a strong engineering team
- Strong knowledge of OOP, OOD, SOLID, Design patterns(GoF at least)
- Strong programming skills in Java 8
- Experience with Spring and Hibernate
- Strong understanding of modern backend service Java ecosystem
- Experience with SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Postgres
- APIs: REST/JSON, SOAP/XML
- Familiar with CI/CD
- Experience with langchain4j, GitHub Copilot, other AI tools
- Experience with AWS
- English Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities
- Designing, developing and implementing enhancements, and new features to the product
- Collaborate daily with PM, internal stakeholders, and other engineers
- Owning significant parts of the system, designing and delivering quality stable solutions
- Working independently to tackle challenging problems
- Guiding less experienced engineers
- A pragmatic approach to engineering. Remove technical roadblocks by identifying areas of complexity and suggesting architectural improvements that increase performance and lower risk.
- Excellent technical, written, and verbal, interpersonal communication skills.
