UI/UX Designer with Graphic Design experience (offline)
Role Overview:
We seek an experienced UX/UI Designer to create and support our internal main and side products and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, independent, confident, and creative. After working with several marketing and design agencies, we decided to build an internal marketing team so you can join us early with your vision, ideas, and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Communication: Effectively present design concepts, strategies, and articulate the reasoning behind design decisions.
Website Revamp & Page Designs: Oversee and enhance existing web pages, ensuring user-centered designs, drawing from market & competitive analysis, and usability feedback.
Typography & Digital Media: Design and standardize typography for brand-aligned flyers, brochures, banners, and digital graphics. Ensure these materials are visually appealing and support marketing goals with professional execution.
User Experience & Journey: Head the user interface and experience specifications for our products, championing interfaces optimized for various devices.
Email & Document Designs: Develop engaging, responsive email templates and create templates for documents, presentations, case studies, and more.
Environment & Interface Creation: Design specific CRM, ERP, and Task manager aligning with company requirements while ensuring content and functionality are intuitively organized.
Prototyping & Wireframing: Initiate wireframes and interactive prototypes highlighting the layout and functionality, facilitating early testing and refinement.
Brand Consistency: Refine our current brand guide and contribute to product design systems to ensure a unified brand representation.
Collaboration & Planning: Collaborate vigorously with Marketing and Tech, participating in strategy discussions and ensuring seamless communication. No micromanagement.
User Research: Delve into user research, embarking on competitive analysis, user interviews, and usability assessments.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of significant experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, etc.
- Exceptional communication and team synergy skills.
- Should have a UX / UI or Product design portfolio
- Should have a Graphic design portfolio
- Knowledge of wireframing, storyboarding, user flows, and sitemaps.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (upper-intermediate level).
- Having prior experience with American stakeholders would be a significant advantage.
