SysAdmin / IT Support Specialist

BooksTime is an ambitious accounting firm based in the US. We also have offices in Ukraine, Philippines, Georgia, and UAE. We were founded in 2016 and have been growing a lot since then. Our goal is to modernize the accounting industry. Our model is 100% remote and international. We use the latest tech to deliver the best service to our clients and achieve a degree of scalability that would be impossible for most accounting firms.

We are looking for a sysadmin with expertise in Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop, who can also help with IT support tickets on various topics.

REQUIREMENTS
— 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune, AVD;
— Familiar with: PowerShell, Azure CLI, The Azure portal, Azure Resource Manager; templates, Microsoft Entra ID;
— General understanding of Operating systems, Networking, Servers, Virtualization;
— Skills and knowledge related to security best practices would be helpful;
— Good enough English to discuss complex topics easily (В2+)
