Within Flawless Group, there are several independent departments focused on software development for referral marketing, Android and iOS app development, as well as website design and layout.

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive professional to strengthen our mobile app development team on an outsourced basis. We have numerous foreign partners, and we have successfully collaborated with them for over 2 years.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and supporting new mobile applications on React Native.

- Testing and optimizing existing applications.

- Communicating with developers and other English-speaking team members to address issues and enhance the development process.

Adhering to coding standards and application testing.

- Ensuring high productivity and responsiveness of mobile applications.

- Publishing and updating the application in the Play Store and App Store.

- Assessing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in React Native mobile program development with at least one program developed from scratch and ready for demonstration.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and React Native.

- Strong knowledge of REST API via JSON.

- Experience working with Android Studio and XCode.

- Experience with Redux.

- Proficiency in Git (GitLab).

- Understanding of basic design principles and UI/UX.

- Responsible and deadline-oriented.

- Strong team player and communicator.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with React.js, TypeScript, three.js and r3f, Node.js.

- Experience using React Navigation.

- Web program development experience in React.

- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Styled components.
