Qualifications:

 

- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Full-Stack Talent Acquisition Specialist role.

- Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate/B2 level, with fluency in Ukrainian.

- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Boolean, and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter search tools.

- Proven experience in international hiring.

- Prior experience in Outstaffing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies.

- Demonstrated success in closing IT and Non-IT positions.

- Project management skills are advantageous.

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems (CRMs) and psychometric assessment tools is an advantage.

- Ability to thrive in high-paced, occasionally stressful environments.

- Strong emotional intelligence, effective conflict management, and interpersonal skills.

- Tech-savvy with the ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Source and interview candidates from diverse channels.

- Conduct pre-interview evaluations of candidates.

- Present successful candidates to Hiring Managers.

- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.

- Negotiate final offers with selected candidates.

- Assist in the onboarding of new hires.

- Maintain comprehensive candidate profiles and notes in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Offer requisite data and reporting on candidates as needed.
