We are looking for a motivated, bright and independent Email and omnichannel marketing specialist with at least 2 years experience.

Main responsibilities:
Building email and omnichannel communications for our clients (email, push, Viber, WhatsApp)
Supporting our clients with adoption and use of NeuCurrent platform
Provide our clients with training for the use of the platform
Be the first point of contact for our clients for queries related to the use of the platform
Introducing clients to new features of the platform
Be responsible for collecting customer feedback and identifying critical issues for continuous platform improvement
Use and maintain appropriate tools (e.g. Slack) for customer communication, queries, feedback, and our answers. Build a database of most frequent client queries and answers
Managing communication with customers by directly providing answers to their questions, setting clearly waiting times, and solving customer problems
Be a key link between our clients and NeuCurren product development team by contributing to the product roadmap with critical improvements
Be the key person to set up and develop customer support process
Represent NeuCurrent clients in our team meetings
Professional Requirements:
This position requires strong experience in email marketing / CRM, specifically in retail
Strong knowledge of HTML or similar programming language
Problem solving skills
Great attention to detail
An excellent communicator
An excellent oral and written English is a must as you will provide support to the English speaking customers

A self-starter who has the experience and confidence to act independently
Have a positive mindset and attitude to solve problems and represent NeuCurrent with our customers
A strong team player who is keen to learn and share her/his knowledge
Enthusiasm and desire to progress professionally to a managerial role
Be inquisitive to ask the right questions and understand our customers’ issues
