The Premier Support Engineer (PSE) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 PSE will be responsible for providing expert technical support for our clients Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Finance & Operations (F&O) applications. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical issues, optimizing system performance, and ensuring the continuous availability of these critical business applications. You will collaborate with our client to deliver high-quality solutions that align with their business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with client collaborators to Identify and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O promptly and efficiently.
• Investigate and diagnose system-related problems, provide root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and security patches.
• Conduct root cause analysis of critical situations and make recommendations and plans for preventing recurrences.
• Collaborate with the TAM to examine ticket trends and identify recurring issues and common threads. Analyze issues and engineer changes to proactively prevent and solve current problems.
• Lead reactive troubleshooting, act as the SME in support of break-fix solutions within Dynamics CRM, F&O, 365.
• Articulate effectively to both technical and non-technical resources across all levels of an organization.
• Deliver compelling presentations to connect and influence diverse audiences and inspire change and adoption of new technologies.
• Participate in problem analysis and assist in determining strategic software solutions and enhancements to address identified issues.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and application releases.
Job requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Engineer with expertise in both CRM and F&O.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and administration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.
• Familiarity with integrating and managing third-party plugins and extensions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Comfortable delivering presentations to audiences varying in size.
Education:• A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
